Monarch Stone International has proudly served clients since 1977. Anthony Van Liefde started his career as a masonry contractor and was highly regarded for his expertise with natural stone. His passion and knowledge paved the way to specializing in stone consultation and supply. Lisa Van Liefde eventually joined the company, directing marketing and management of operations.
Since 2001 we have successfully imported cobblestone and curb nationwide, making us the leader in reclaimed, antique European material. We look forward to providing personalized service, an abundance of choices in cobblestone sizes and assisting in the selection, design and installation process.
Natural stone is non-toxic and lasts a lifetime. Not only is Historic European Cobblestone® and Historic Sidewalk Cobble® genuine stone, it is reclaimed cobblestone which meets green standards for reclaimed – recycled – salvaged material. For environmentally friendly sustainable practice we suggest installation on a natural base with permeable joints to assist with run-off and percolation requirements.
