We wanted to share a new affiliation made this past summer, with PreservationDirectory.com. The directory is a vast online resource for historic preservation, building restoration and cultural resource management in the United States & Canada.
The directory’s President, Tim Cannan says the goal of the site is to foster the preservation of historic buildings, historic downtowns and neighborhoods as well as cultural resources. In addition, the directory promotes heritage tourism by facilitating communication among historic preservation professionals and the general public.
We are particularly drawn to the Preservation Bookstore page, featuring resources from Architectural History and Design, to Identifying Architectural Styles and much more.
You will find Monarch Stone International’s Historic European Cobblestone site linked under Preservation Businesses, Products and Services. We are excited to be a part of this helpful organization.
